Gunbare Neo Poke for NGPC

Gday, im buying a used copy of Gunbare, and i am unsure of how the saving system works, i want to start over from scratch and waste the time unlocking the mini games, will i be able to do this if they have already been unlocked?

Yes.

Just hold down the A, B, and select button as you power on the unit. The game will ask you if you wish to initialize the game.

No, not all the NGPC games, some have the option to erase saved data under Options, some don't, take Gals Fighters for example, there's no way to initialize the data on that to revert secret characteres to unlocked status.
