Well i think some of SNKs former employees were involved for this title. Hiya! was involved in composing some of the tracks even though he left SNK during the bankruptcy.

Could be licensing issues, but I don't see why they only would have licensed it for one year. That and they've reused their music plenty of times in the past. I'm pretty sure these tracks would be 100% owned by SNKP.
