Everything about Ryuuko no ken?

There are a lot of great games on Neo Geo, but the one that I play most (dunno why) is Art of Fighting.

I've seen on Youtube that Scitron published a Laserdisc with a lot of information about the game, so it would be great to have some English subtitles. I know it is almost impossible that somebody will take the time to translate it all from Japanese but... who knows?

There are other interesting English resources about Art of Fighting on the net? Not only moves etc. but also "behind the scenes", fun facts, trivia etc.

Will one day ever see the great Ryuuko no Ken TV commercials in high quality?

And what's the Mikado Tournament?

I'm not sure about your other questions, but Mikado is an arcade in Japan. The place is known for holding tournaments for several old school fighting games.
