I tried a bunch of my girlfriend's games and I thought they were too dark. I was greatly disappointed! Anybody feel the same way. I even bought a a wormlight but it does not help much. Who has bought a good light source for their GBA and what brand was it please?

Hey mvsholic that is a pretty F..... funny comic! Thanks for the link. As for 18 minute wheeler I only paid $35. and I have a driving wheel so I love it!

To Silent_Scope: I do not care for GBoy games either. The GBA is my first GameBoy of any kind. But as I bought it on sale I do not feel so bad.

Yeah, I was posting about this before when I got my Jap GBA. I bought a worm light but it still sucks, the lighting problem is a bitch which the strip by penny-arcade does a great job at explaining

Castlevania is a pain the ass, for the fact that its so friggin dark. The GBA rules though, its so friggin cool, if they were to offer a backlit version I would go nuts. Theres tons of new "light" accesories out in the US now, has anyone tried them? I got the worm light as I said before, and Im not too happy.

All games on that goofy system are extremely dark, I want to try out Nintendo's light and see how well it helps but I don't beleive it has been released yet.

Thank goodness I'm not the only one, I was beginning to think it was old age. I have just about every hand held system made and I don't remember any of them being so dark and hard to see. Do you have to take this thing to the beach with you or something?

Those strips are funny on Penny Arcade.
I won't buy 18 Wheeler until it drops to under $20.

The Lame boy advance hit it right on the nose.

I didn't want a worm light for it cuz I don't think worm lights do the job. The lower right corners of the screen are always dark.

Try the cobra light. It's about $10, it has a pass-thru link so you can still use the link cable while you are using the cobra light, it has an on/off switch, and it also has a mirror to reduce glare. Not the best light accessory for a handheld, but better than most.
