Well, 84lbs today. Easiest diet I've ever done. I've seen some lose over 100 in a year doing the same but when I was heavier in the beginning my knees and ankles just couldn't take much impact. So recently in the past 4 months I've been able to start working out 2-3 times a week(depending on how sore my feet are(arthritis) from the previous workout). I'm making some very good progress with the physical stuff now. I can actually do burpees which I could not do at all before, also tried planking for the first time, way harder than it looks.
