Well, I really don't know for sure, but I think that's just as the BigGameBoy: a normal TV inside a nice looking case. I doubt very much that it could play NGPC games...
The images displayed on it were always NeoGeo games, as KOF2000 in the picture.

Yeah that neo one looks way better. That gameboy looks kinda like an eye sore. Especially palying a halo title screen. Boy your right they are playing that out like crazy.
