Correct PRO-POW DC5V 3A 100 vs 120v: Are they interchangeable?

Quick question, If I am using an English console, that requires the DC5V 3A 120v PSU, can you use the DC5V 3A 100V Japanese variant?

Would this do damage to the console?

It's fine. Only time the voltage difference between the US and Japan are a concern is when it's AC output.
