Hi, I searched for this answer on Google but I haven't found it yet. Can anyone answer this for me?

Thanks!

I've never heard of one. People sometimes take Japanese releases, and swap in fake English insert/sticker/manual and try to pass it off as legit English release. This thwarts the whole "show me the pcbs" method of validation.

Since all languages are baked into the ROM, I just can't imagine they'd bother with any pcb differences. There's just no point.

The only way to know for sure would be to open a lot of carts, of course.

I've been inside dozens and dozens of AES carts myself, plus there's the website arcade-collector.com with AES game PCB scans. From these sources I can say there's no such thing as region specific PCBs. SNK would make a big batch of carts and then print paperwork of certain quantities for each region. In the early days it was Japan, Euro and USA, then it just became Japan and English.
