If the difference between the Euro and US versions are just the label/manual/insert (and not the PCB's or plastic shell), then why are some Euro version AES games worth so much more than the US ones? I suppose the value must be in the rarity of the label/manual/insert, rather than the actual games themselves.@OP: PAL is a TV standard which is determined by the Neo Geo console and not by the game. So this whole thread is kinda senseless. Unless you mean the difference between EURO/US versions with the latter ones are simply being the dog tag games. The later Neo Geo games are refered to as EURO versions (although they were released in the US too), because they use the same design, gray borders, no dog tag obviously. Hope that helps.
The AES is unlike other systems like the SNES, which had games with physically different cartridge designs for the NTSC and PAL versions, and so the games couldn't be used interchangeably between US and Japanese consoles (without an adaptor).
