Fatal fury special graphical errors

Hi guys I have a fatal fury special mvs cartridge that's is starting to show graphical errors. I have cleaned the cart and the slot but the problem persist. I have also tried it on another mvs board and still have the same error. Any help would be appreciated to detect the bad ic.

Random pixel glitches like this can be from many things. Power supply being incapable, maybe the NEO-273 chip in the cartridge has a faulty gate, could be a senile C ROM (FFS usually has 6 of them), oxidated pin on the cartridge CHA board, stuff like that.

Even some games tend to just have these glitchy pixel issues, likely from imperfect coding. Ghostlop is such an example, bootleg carts of it seemingly always have glitchy pixels.
