I live in East Germany that's like South Italy without Rome and Naples and the Adriatic Sea and the nice weather.

Why don't you use a hammer and find out where all the red sauce comes from Joe?

Still not 100% sure if the question is serious (it's my fault, forum humour is often lost on me), but with Italy you can't really give a generic answer 'cause every region is like a miniature nation with its culture, food, dialect, history and weather. Planning to move here, Joe?

BTW I wouldn't recommend those "one euro" houses unless your dream is living in a small town with very little modern conveniences (and unless you're ready to spend a ton of money on the inevitable renovation, of course).

SSIA

How do you find it, living there?
Apparently there are a lot of mushrooms, large sewer pipes, and open man-holes.

Popular local greetings include: "It's-a me - Mario!", "Let's-a go!", and "If you touch my sister again, I'll kill you."

Mario and Luigi are common first names.

And allegedly plumbing is big business there.
