Sheet pan night. (Plus insta mash because my spuds turned)
-Salmon w/ homemade glaze (melted butter, hot honey, basil, parsley, thyme, oregano)
-fennel bulb (olive oil + Bonaire salt +pepper)
400•F, two cookie sheets, and 35 mins of your time. Turned out ace, no culinary cert needed. ^_^

That fish and chips is from the Crown Tavern you go there yet? It’s by Whole Foods in Glen Mills, fish was dynamite. Went for Sunday Roast but they were out so gotta get there earlier next time.

Get plain rice and add the gravy’s on the side … I used to eat that for days a large gravy in the fridge and reheat and pour onto plain rice .

If you would like, I am an over 40 year old man, I can take pictures of my dinner. I simply worry this would make me an absolute faggot to be caught doing it. I do make mean lobster ravioli and Margherita Pizza, but when I am out no chance in fucking Hell - I am not taking pics of my dinner outside my home, no fucking chance haha.
