Real Bout 2. I was playing it today and I was reminded of the SvCc videos. Both games got 2 power bars each round (yellow then red), once power bar is red (50%) your able to do your SDM, the super meter has 3 levels and once you get to max the bar slowly goes down, not to mention that both games...
