As title says. Sometimes it works, but I have to do some weird things like overturn the stick/find stupid positions to get it working. I've already opened it and everything seems fine, no dust, oxidation, something broken etc. What can I do?

What do you european guys use as scart connection? I'm planning to buy a scart to scart cable but I don't know if it really makes a difference in picture quality. Are g&bl cables good?
