Bought a KoF 2003 board, all-in-1 PCB. I am new to Neo-Geo and bought it because it was cheap and it works great. Appears original and is the US version, but has a Japanese J3 BIOS? Is there any way to change the BIOS language without soldering in a new BIOS chip? I haven't found any info online...
