What message do you get when you try to save your game on a full memory card when playing on MVS?

I was playing neogeo mode from kof98um on xbla and noticed that after clearing the game i couldn't save my hiscore if i didn't play on default settings. Is that a bug or does it happen on other versions like AES, neoCD?

On the dreamcast jp version there is a play time count in options menu. Does anyone know what is the use? Unlock strikers?

Hello, I would like to know if there is a japan bios that let you start a game on player2 side in games released before 95? I have tried with unibios and hard dip 2 but for example in samsho2 it doesn't work.
