Got it off of Amazon for $23.37 shipped using some free giftcard's. Seller was a Library raising funds and it was donated to them. I shipped it to VGA grading of all things to do with it.

It probably will, as even modern TVs in the EU will still have at least one RGB SCART input, but I doubt your TV will handle the signal very well. You might want to grab a Open Source Scan Converter to handle the upscaling for you.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes, I do have OSSC and Framemeister on my radar ... wanna check how bad it is without them first, though.

VGA grading is a repugnant practice. It’s the calling card of a blatant flipper and ebay scumbags the world over.

I'd certainly open that fucker and play it. Don't think I played 3 back in the day so it'd be not much different than gettin it new bitd as crackin it open and playing it would still be all new to me now just as it woulda then.

lol nope, SCART is more or less phased out. My TV from April 2017 doesn't have one anymore and most other modern TVs lack them aswell.

They were not offering it anymore so they just left the yellow area empty. It's also like that on a few other capcom rereleases of older titles.
