Could someone please tell me if this is a boot?

I purchased this kof 2000 as a complete kit (with matching serials no less) yet none of the game rom chips are Toshiba make. Could anyone please comment?

As far as I can tell from the pic (blurry as it is) it looks like a legit board. How does the soldering look on the back side? Is it all uniform?

Yeah it is pretty much uniform, yet one board is copyrighted SNK 2001 and the other 99? Has SNK used other chips besides Toshiba? or at least chips not as clearly labeled?

Thanks I appreciate the responses, but I'm curious, how do you come to that conclusion? Ive always assumed Toshiba chips= offical cart. I have many many games, and they all have Toshiba chips. I get this one and didn't see them. and I assumed a boot. Yet again, I havent purchased any of the playmore releases, so this Kof 2000 is the newest of the neo games that I have. Ive been buying games since '95 but i guess things have changed.
