Tips for beating Greed in Rumble Fish?

Any one have any tips? This guy is freakin cheap and does tons of damage. Is there a code to play as him? I cant get the code on gamefaqs.com to work.

Maybe your difficulty is set too high. It's weird, I played the game and couldn't get past the first guy once. Then I played it the next day and breezed through all of them. All the characters seem to love to eat up projectile moves as well as low kicks and jumping high kicks. I'm not good with the combo system yet but I'll work on that some other time.

And as far as the code goes, it worked fine for me. =]

how fast do you have to put the greed code in? And does his name show up b4 you hit the button after the code or does it just show up at the vs screen if you put the code in correctly?

umm, shoot for like 10-12 seconds and it should work, not too fast.
he appears when you press up before you press the button.

So,

I have been getting pretty good at this game and putting together some cool combos. Then, I realized something today, the game doesnt register combos past 23. The game looks like it wants to scroll to another number, but 23 is the only thing that comes up. Anyone one else experienced this?

I heard that you can get Greed to masterbate the bear from MOTW if you put a code in.
