What International Spice Girls Clones do you know of?

If you'll let the wayback machine take you back to the year 1997/1998, when the Spice Girls craze was at the pinnacle, I remember watching an E.T. segment on producers around the world attempting to cash in on the craze on girl groups. The Russian group looked positively foxy, but I don't know the name of the group. So when I heard one of Spice Girl's hits at the supermarket, I started to feel nostalgic and am now in the mood to hunt down all the different Spice Girls clones from around the world. Anyone have leads?

Oh that's easy, a Japanese J-pop group named MAX. They were at my local anime convention last weekend.

i remeber a group called All Saints and another one called s club 7 i think

Well there was that group that won on the WB's version of making the band

then there was this mexican group on Soul Train( they where to fine for me to remember their name )

then there was that group Sisqo had discovered called "Luv Her"

I might have to pick up the Twelve Girls Band CD in the near future. Does anyone know if I'll be able to pick this one up locally (eg; HMV, Music World)? I'd prefer to not go the online route, if possible. Thanks. :drool_2:
