I've posted the same message on the market board but since Unrelated topics is more read than all the other forums here...

I need a big favor.

I sold a PSX game about 5 years ago (Fighting Network RINGS) and since then, I started to look for a place to get it back (a BIG mistake to sell games IMO). Now, there's no place other than Japan where it is available (believe me, I've sent messages around).

I found a used copy of the game on Amazon Japan but they don't ship games to non Japanese addresses. Therefore I would like to have a person in Japan who would be able to send me the game.

I would order it, send it to your address (everything fully paid) and then you send the package back to me in Canada. I will pay for the shipping Japan-Canada and of course a monetary compensation for the trouble.

Please PM me...

Sincerely,

Nick

You can email Masato/M-World Services and they'll buy it for you. You pay the cost of the item, shipping to M-World, M-World's fees and PayPal (assuming you pay them with PayPal) fees prior to them receiving it. Once it's received you pay the shipping from them to you and they ship.

I had this same question about a year ago for something else. Most Japanese members, though they are cool people, won't provide these services for people.

If no one will get it for you, M-World will.

Edit: Just saw the post above. Hopefully they'll help out with toys, too.

M-World can help with that too, if you know somewhere that sells them. And they'll do on-line purchases AND brick and mortar purchases for you as well!

No problem. Considering I've gone through the trouble to request assistance from someone in Japan before and given the big N-O, I figure I'll save you guys (or gals since I don't know for sure ;)) the time and trouble.

Masato was recommended to me when I made the request (I think it was Neo Geo 2) and I've used them a lot. I've spent over $1500 on Yahoo Japan auctions and some purchases, so I don't have any problem recommending them to people. The fees can be kind of expensive, but since it's the only real way to get these things, you kinda have to pay it.
