Right now, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that the Xbox version has Live multiplayer. If so, then :buttrock: : if not, then :blow_top: as Sega wasted a great opprotunity.

HELL YEAH!

The one game I've really missed owning a Cube for.
Honestly, I feel like this is one of Sega's best achievements in recent years.
Such a fun game, such a throwback to purist gameplay principle.
Very underrated game.
Live play would be pretty damn cool, especially with all the monkey side-sports.
Keeping my fingers crossed.

I was getting ready to make this topic. :)

I'll get the Xbox version just for the 46 new levels. Unless this Deluxe version comes to the GC as well.

The games become to much for me at Expert.

Also, if you guys want to check out some really good SMB players, go here: http://www.vortiginous.com/

Man, the first time I played SMB, I was like "what's the big fuckin' deal?"

But after a few games, I was hooked. BIG time. I played it, and only it, for weeks. What a great game. Would you believe I've never played 2? Man, I should...

Anyhow, for the more levels, I would be happy to rebuy this one. Lord knows I couldn't get past all the ones the first time, but that won't stop me from trying yet again.

One more time: Great game!

It's too bad 2 was awful, hopefully they'll do better with 3. But I wonder what exactly is going to the PS2 and XBox. I earned the Master levels on SMB1 but 2 was so bad I never felt like it. So if this had a mix of 1 and 2 levels, stick with the 1 levels seriously.

What is so bad about 2? I am about to pick up the first one for cube.

There are too many gimmick stages I feel. 1 is all skill. Something about 2 just turns me off, though 2 has far better multiplayer.

Maybe it's just me, but there were tons of stages in SMB2 that were damn hard.
