I don't see anything wrong with the Naomi 15 khz RGB output...

How can it? I have a tekken 4 (sys 246) here and I don't see how it can though jamma.

Now if you mean 31k VGA Output well then naomi suports this mode as well (as does practicaly all JVS boards).

Please be more clear what you mean.

realgamesplayer and subbie - check the dates on the more recent posts posts on sega-naomi . . . its like a ghost town . . . since last sunday theres been about 4 posts, which have all been by me :eek_2: - strange really, people asking here about Naomi Q's when theres a place that has most of the info you need to get your kits up and running - I'm NOT slating the site (although many have due to a certain member) its a damn good source of knowledge for anyone whos not to familiar with the hardware and I for one hope it picks up , just seems. . . a tad quiet :spock:

@Amano Jacu - nice TV man :cool: , I use the same 25" one for my japanese PS2 /Saturn / GC in my office/bedroom and a more recent 28" variant for my DC downstairs I prefer NON widescreen screens for my gaming :buttrock:

Yeah I know. I said I have been busy :). It's not every day you work to get a game ready for nintendo submission that is 1 week late!

I just payed for a Super Nova this morning so once that gets in I will start recording video & taking new pictures of all the games I have for the site. As well start asking others with superguns to join in so we can have video of every naomi game to help see if a naomi game is worth getting or not (sometimes hard to find information or video on some games to see if they look fun to play).

Which pin/dip you you changing on the sys 246. 2 or 3?

Does somebody care to explain the difference between 240p and 480i? What kind of monitor/TV would be needed for each? I thought that 480i was the mode of all regular consoles on TV, but I could be wrong. And it is stupid to want it to be "NTSC", any arcade board outputs RGB, he should just use a NTSC->RGB encoder.

Sorry if I said something inaccurate.

240p sounds like he means 320x240 aka 15hz mode which should be one of the dips on the side
