It seems more frequent that I read when a game is released, which is when I should be able to walk into Joey McStore and BUY it, I go in....ask for it....and its "not in yet". I have gone to the local game stores yesterday and today. Only to find out its been pushed another week. I am getting closer to saying F'off to the companies and getting something else. It RRREEEAAALLLLYYYY gets under my skin...had to vent. Don't know if this pisses you guys off any too?! frustrating. :very_ang:

as the subject line said: Venting. Curious if anyone else was as annoyed by "release dates"...Street Fighter Anniversary for Xbox is another example.

My brother's pissed about it. I'm pissed because Gungrave OD got delayed to next week as well. Nothing you can do but wait though.

Yeah, I also find this thoroughly irritating. Release dates just don't seem to hold much meaning anymore. After the delay of releases got more and more common, I think a few people made the mistake of saying that they'd rather the game be done right, and were willing to wait the time it took. Game companies then proceeded to basically never again take release seriously. Oh well.

Why does anyone post? Why am I posting right now? Why post at all? Why do we exist? Its one of life's great mysteries that I'm not to terribly worried about right now. Now this Computer Networks homework, that's another story.

It wasn't so much a SPECIFIC pisstivity, as it was an annoyance with the fact that release dates mean nothing anymore.

Maybe they're using the extra week to add in more chains and belts to the character designs.
