FS: Modded Home Cart System, $189 shipped w/game

This is a Japanese Neo cart system, all hookups, unoriginal AV cords and power supply (purchased from Neo Store), works, includes 4X MOD, excellent condition old style controller, and good condition Fatal Fury Special home cart with case, insert, and cart. Both console and controller have no logo fade, and deck has original feet pads. $189 SHIPPED in US!

The catch - When I power up, the system displays some light diagonal lines on-screen that dont go away (not enough to interfere with gameplay, but its there). I've seen this before, and think for sure it can be remedied by tracking down an original power supply and/or AV cable. If the prob is video, I'm sure it can be fixed, especially by adding an S-vid mod.

My problem is I dont have the time and $ to troubleshoot this, so I wanna pass it on to someone else who can. THE DECK PLAYS FINE AS IT IS. This would make a great 1st system or backup system.
