Which character do you guys think is the Fastest and slowest respectively of the NeoGeo / Atomiswave universes?

To me KOF2K3's ADELHEID is the fastest and...
World Heroes' Brocken is the slowest...

No much characters come to my Mind at the time tho...

Hmmm,

i have to think about it one more time, but 2 of the fastest and even stylish Characters are Kim Dong-Hwan (MotW) and Hotaru (MotW)...

Brocken of the WH-Series is really that slow...I remember... ;)
