Broken AES on its way to me HELP

Iv bought a broken AES and should be geting it this week. As far as i know it doesnt power up it was apparently damaged in transit it took a knock and stopped working (the psu is OK).I know its a bit early to ask for help as i havent seen it myself yet but was woundering if there were any common problems it could be just to give me somewhere to start.

THat's better than me....

I had a cat piss all allver my AES and it shorted everytihng inside.
