this sorry sack of shit made a deal with me over some mvs carts,knowing damn well i needed the money by this time,after countless emails,he ashured me the check was in the mail ,yea bitch..
mailed this cat once,oh sam its on the way...mailed this cat 2 times,oh its xmas a lil slow...the 3rd time no reply..

this sorry weak 34 year old bitch has cost me alot of last minute trouble,seeing i was depending on this loot for xmas..
and i had 3 other buyers lined up,i even mailed him asking if he sent it or backed out,he assured me it was sent..

That fucking sucks man, there seems to be

a lot of bad sellers and buyers around here

and lot of them need to fucking grow up and

understand that when they get into bussines

they need to pay and/or deliver the goodies.

personally if it was my bbs,i would make the rule you are not allowed to sell or buy unless you have a certain number of credible posts...period

Actually, I think the good sellers should network together. Meaning, I live here in Baltimore so I got this city covered if anyone has any problems here. Good sellers working together will put a SERIOUS dent in the bad selling group of pricks. (serious dent in more ways than 1 ;) )

I have had this happen to me before....but with a seller. I won an auction for a NG home system. I sent a payment request to the person so I could PAYPAL him the money. I receive an email from his "wife" saying that he had to leave for the weekend on business but, he would be back on Monday and email me the price so I could send it to him. I asked her could she call him to ask him the final price because there were other auctions going on and if he had changed his mind I would bid on another system. She sent an email about an hour later stating that he would rather wait till monday when he got home then he would let me know what to send.

Well, when Monday arrived (and the other 4 good NG home system auctions were closed) I get a message from him stating, " Unfortunately, I am going through a financial struggle right now. I know you won the auction for the Neo Geo but, I was offered more money for it by a local game collector. There are always Neo Geo systems available on eBay! You may want to try again there to bid on a system."

I was like WTF is this Shit! I really beleive this guy had made this offer to him WAY BEFORE he put it up for auction on eBay. He was just using the auction to see if he could beat that guys offer. Luckily, I ran into an eBay merchant name NANOSHIN. I bought my Neo Geo Japanese Home System from him. Unfortunately there were some real cool auctions I could have won where the sellers were throwing in "extra goodies".

Some of these buyers/sellers should use a little common courtesy. Not to mention, once you burn someone you're branded and your business is unwanted by the entire community. Samhain, I hope you are able to find someone to take those games off your hands. Good luck to you.

Really, he could have sent it... and there's nothing he can do. Last year, I had at least 10 payments arrive late, or things I shipped arrive late. One of them didn't show up until a month and a half later.

I guess you'll find out when the letter gets to you... check the postmark date. Then we can go back to bitching.

Sounds like a good idea. Although I live in a small town in West Virgina, I can cover within say, 25 miles or so in any direction from my home. And if it involves some mad loot or a big ass transaction, I will certainly extend that area.
