Does the GameboyAdvanceSP come with any batteries, or anything that could potentially damage it if it were to be stored for a long period of time? I have a couple of the limited edition type SP's from a trade and I have no interest in playing them, so I was wondering if there was any need to open these fuckers up, or can I just store them away?

It's a dumb question.

Well it comes with the rechargable battery in it. But I suppose as long as you're not storing them in direct heat they'll be fine.

They are just like the limited edition dildoes you have stashed away for those rainy days.

As far as I know there isn't any way to remove the battery from the SP. It comes with a minimum of a charge when you buy it, so you should be golden... shower.

Lithium batteries shouldnt screw up and melt like alkaline batteries do, so you should be good for a few years.

If you're going to be storing them for like more than 3 years, I'd take the batteries out just to be safe. Probably nothing will happen, but if you take the batteries out you can be certain of that. If you're just going to have them sitting around for a few months or so, I wouldn't bother.

Ah-ha, but should you store the batteries fully discharged or is it ok to store them with a charge in them?
