Box - Very Good. Part of the plastic is a little bent in the corner.
Booklet - MISSING! OUCH! (No phone card either)
Cart - Good/VG. A number of scratches. The dust on it is more noticable than anything. Take the time to wipe it off and you'll have a full fledged "very good" conditioned cart.

Box - Excellent. Not much to report.
Booklet - Very good condition. Some minor wear but still in nice shape. Nothing major to report.
Cart - VG. Not good enough to be called excellent, but still in good enough shape not to fall a notch down to good.

Box - Wow!
Booklet - Ultra slight wear.
Cart - Super wow. You can slightly see some insertion marks. Didn’t notice it before, but the yellow warning sticker (below the label itself) has been removed. Other than this, it is in super duper condition.

Box - Wow.
Booklet - Ouch. Has a slight bend in the upper left hand corner of the first few pages. Hard to tell if this was a factory error since the rest of the book and the booklet itself looks hardly read and very well kept.
Cart - Does have a very few light and small scratches on the cart, but overall excellent/near mint condition.

Please pardon the somewhat delinquent update. Beleive it or not, EVERYTHING has been sold out! Well, actually, not everything. I still have the $30 shipped Samurai Shodown 2 that someone backed out on. I also have a couple of other "very good" Samurai Shodown 2's that I would like to ship for $25. Everything is on hold and hopefully will be promptly paid for by all the wonderful ng.com-ers!
