Nah, keep the hype coming. Some people don't play PC games, me being one of them.

I can't fucking wait for Halo 2 to drop. I'm curious about Kill Zone as well. But 'Halo Killer'? Doubtful.

At this point, I don't think there's even a remote possibility that Halo 2 will be able to live up to the hype. To its credit, the hype is beyond ridiculous, and I'm not sure that anyone/anything could possibly live up to it.

halo 1 had no hype, and look at it, it's fucking like a living legend now, halo 2 will deliver the hype and then some, just wait.

Uh, wrong man. Halo had a truckload of hype....from PC and Mac users waiting to get their grubby hands on it for like three years as Bungie kept showing it off at E3, only to get delayed yet again....then MS came along, saw how bitchin' it was gonna be and claimed it for the Box.

Yes, for console folk, it came as a comet from nowhere. But for PC and Mac folk, it remains a sore subject as a whole lotta hype and no show (especially after the really shitty late PC port of it.)

I bought it when it first came out, and man did it run like shit.
I've been told it's gotten quite a few patches and runs solid now, but since the joy of Halo is largely a LAN affair for me, I havent bothered to mess with it since.

Even if halo 2 is on par with halo 1, it will be a great game. That's going to be an awesome month for games. Metroid prime 2, and halo 2. I'll be in heaven.
