I've never posted a "ban someone" thread before, generaly I don't believe in them. But I feel this is a case where banning is really needed. Here's my case against him......

-In his forum, this guy openly defends Japhei. He even popped into our forum to make a post defending Japhei.

-He defends him in spite of the fact he knows for a fact Japhei sells boots.

Personally I think their is a great deal of hatred twards you without any reason. Its "cool" to jump on the bandwagon and bash Japhei.

Everyone loves to be Anti-Boots and Roms, but the truth is that most people use roms, and will buy boots over the originals.


Seriously guys, this dude is obviously in very good with Japhei. He's willing to defend his boot selling practices. I can see this guy PM'ing noobs on our site trying to sell Japhei's items to them. Which would probably be boots or broken items.

And what you do on your forum is simple.....

You defend Japhei, and since he's self admitted on your site he flooded the scene with boots, by defending him that makes you defending his practices.

Just look how pissed this thread got you. Besides, WTF are you doing here anyway with us "N-G nerds" I believe you quoted.

I am the major poster of sega-naomi forums (same nick) and japhi really does not do anything wrong there. So what the fuck goes on at sega-naomi.com is with sega-naomi and not fucking neo-geo.com.

K? If someone calls you a fucking faggot on another forum who is a bit more well liked does that mean everybody else should just consider you a faggot here and flame you constantly? (not gay bashing just example). Sega-naomi is brian's website and forum and what goes on there has nothing to do with here.

Second I have directly delt with brian a lot. I bough an outtrigger kit & his entire naomi collection from him (~$2k USD). He is a good person.


Sorry for all the cussing and gay bashing (have nothing wrong with gays). It's just the more I post here on thies forums I see a nice group of cool guys and then a huge group of anal hypocrits. Why is there the need to be so anal? (OMG atomiswave topic is offtopic yet a topic on capcom fighting jam (sys 246 game) in the news & rumors section is fine by the same people complaining about an atomiswave topic on rumble fish).

My 2 cents. Again sorry for all the backlashing. Its almost 1am, I have to have a gba game ready for nintendo submission (for publication) by 5pm wednesday and I just rather be home with my gf right now.

Name #3 people banned so far? Far as I know there is not a single fucking ban. As well I am a moderator over there. I wont ban someone for it.

And you're 100% right, what he does on his board is his business. But I stand by my beliefs that he has no business being on this forum due to the fact on "his" forum he's a defender of a known scam artist.

No yet if you see someone you think is an OK guy get bashed for something not related to this forum (yes japhi was apart of this forum but the reason you are trying to get him ban is not over this board but how he is treated on another board) you too would probably stand up for them and give them some positive words.

I also happen to be quite happy he worked his ass of to make a place for naomi fans/collectors.

Like I said. If on another forum people don't think your fit to be posting there mean we should ban you here since over there your considered unfit to post on message boards?

I personaly stand by my beliefs as well. I am not new to boards (I am here, a moderator of ign boards (many pple worse then japhie) & sega-naomi poster). I 100% don't agree with the logic behind your push for brian to be ban.

If you'd been around a few months longer, you'd know Brian was also caught selling Japhei's boots on these forums, which is a better reason to want him banned here (and I think he was temporarily banned for that actually).

But...

I'm not for banning him, and I'll tell you why. Japhei comes back once in a while with a fake account and eventually gets banned again. Before he gets banned, there's a period of time where everyone knows it's Japhei. During this time, he can't really do any harm, except to new people who should be more careful and only buy from people with reps until they know their way around. Knowing where he is, is beter than wondering who his next fake account will be. Except for Animegal who was fucking obnoxious.

It's the same for Brian. Better to have him in plain sight, than to force him to come back under a false name. That way, if you don't want to deal with him, you don't have to. If you do want to deal with him, you can find him. And you won't deal with him by mistake because you thought he was someone else.
