It's unusual, but I must say that I like it. Tomokazu Nakano does a fantastic job with his renderings of the females, if nothing else.

Half the cast look like they are retarded. The look on their faces. Some are okay, while others plain suck (the whole AOF team, Terry, Andy, Yashiro... hell, just about all the men).
