Anyone know where I can find full background images for Garou: Mark of the Wolves? Even SF3, for that matter. Looking to do a bit of pic editing.

To be honest, I'm not 100% sure how it works, but my understanding is that since CPS-3 hasn't been emulated yet (as far as I know), no one will have SF3 backgrounds. Unless maybe there's a way to get them off DC or PS2, I guess. I'd like a couple of them myself.

Check the What's New section. Thing is...they aren't put together. He only has the layers up for them. I'm working on trying to piece them together to where they are usable.
