Consoleized MVS

Not sure if this is the right place for this question, if not my apologies.

Was wondering who makes the best Cosole MVS system here? Two or more slot with the S-vid and good audio hook ups. A mem card reader is good too.
I am looking to get one but have questions first.

And how does one ever go around to make one, is this something that an average person could put together. Is it expensive to make yourself?
