Cool, now I can stop dropping loads of cash to play IIdx 8th at the arcade. I hope the pricepoint on all three games isn't as high as it will probably be for 8th Style. I can hardly afford my Bemani habit as it is. Hell, I still need to buy a Pop 'n controller and games :oh_no:

P.S. - I wonder when Konami will break down and decide to go ahead and milk the DDR franchise for 9th Mix?

You guys might also want to save up for an ASC if you already don't have one, because the Bread Bowl Gang's ASC (Unlike the DASC, it'll use authentic Sanwa buttons) should be finished and ready to sell before 8th Style is for sale.

Here's the thread for the Bread Bowl Gang's ASC (Updated pics later on in the thread. I plan on getting this one because it's actually going to use Sanwa buttons instead of cheap impersonators).

And here's the thread for the DASC (I don't like this one because, 1, the turntable is too high (I know it's a prototype but that shouldn't have happend), 2, it doesn't use authentic Sanwas, 3, at Otakon one of the turntables stopped working).

I just got 7th style a couple days ago.. it's really amazing. And i'm getting halfway decent at beatmania IIDX (AA'd lots of songs after a little under a month... but still I have awhile to go).

And I need a new pop'n mix. :make_fac:

Man oh man oh man, IIDX is fucking awesome. Just passed my first 7 Star "Love Me Do," which like all of Akira Yamaoka's songs, is great. I can almost pass "Last Message." Man, Meg is not that good looking but I still like the video. :mr_t:

I got a chance to play 3rd and 4th style on Friday. The videos for SOS, Kalcutta, and MACHO GANG are really funny.

Anyway <3 Konami.

EDIT: OH yeah one more thing... You know what Pop'n 10 means.... GOONIES!!!

3rd Style has the pimpest videos, I swear. Besides the Dr. Bombay and Macho Gang goodness, Reincarnation is my favorite Tran video, and the dancing afro lady in Celebrate cracks me up every time. Good times.

Three more months until 8th Style...

Ahahahaha....I love the Last Message video. Meg is sooooo silly looking with all of the "sexy looks" and ParaPara dancing :tickled:

That is, however, one of my favourite songs from any Bemani game!

The best video on 7th Style is Cheer Train, I always get a big smile on my face when I'm playing it. Too bad I can't pass the song b/c of the insane amount of scratches in it :mad:

On 8th Style the funniest video has to be The Strong Jaeger, that part with the pelvic thrusts cracks me up :tickled:

On 7thStyle I love the E.V Cafe video, it is simple, yet beautiful, and fits the song very well.

The Burning Heat! video is great as well.
