An easy way to cut bandwidth, and make loading faster

This graphic takes up about 25 pixels on the side of the screen next to someone's rank.

Nonetheless, it is huge. Quite a few of these are this big.

Shrinking these to a reasonable size would cut load times and decrease bandwidth a lot. If I was not currently way too busy to track all of them down, I'd do it myself.

See? I can make "nice" suggestions. No bannings at all in this one. :)

They should bring back the quick reply box, they kept it for 1 or 2 days before removing it.

byte wise, its only 5.5k.... thats not too bad for the image though.... not much bandwidth is spent on that image.

I changing the smilies is the way to go. The smilies could be set up so that they only appear upon request as a popup box. This would also help out with the problem of half the smilies being cut off (this happens with IE).
