1 slot w/ extras FS/FT for 4 slot

I have a MV-1 board that I am looking to trade for a 4 slot. The extras are a memory card reader, no data cable but tested and working, and a new original 1 slot marquee. Looking to trade for a 4 slot over selling, but will consider a good offer. Thanks.

Any chance you'd sell the memory card reader seperately? I have a set of cables for it, but finding the actual unit is proving difficult.
