No I'm not selling anything. Sorry should have made that clear. <IMG SRC="smilies/ohno.gif" border="0">

They are not the files on cd. Chloe is a hk arcade distributor like Cosmic. As far as official I don't know. You're gonna have to ask. Still for 9.99 I wouldn't really care.

To the best of my knowledge Ganryu is encrypted and never has been dumped. Correct me if I am wrong, but I doubt these could be fakes.

That is a good price, I got my complete kit for $25... Shot $10... The game is worth that. I hated it at first, but pulling it out recently I played it all the way through 6 times... had lots of fun with it. It is not a great title, but it is a lot of fun and worth the money.

Even though I did baste the game in my review, it is worth $25-30. Any less and you've got a good deal.
