....ass bitch.

Just what the Eagles need, a big mouth loose cannon running around who cares more about getting media attention than helping his team win. I'm sure he's already thought up what to tell the media about McNabb once he moves on to another team.

Someone seriously needs to give him a nice cheap shot to the knee cap to end this embarrassment to the league.

Actually, I thought it would be really funny if some defender knocked him unconscious during a game then produce a sharpie and proceed to autograph the unconscious Owens' helmet. That would be funny and supremely ironic :D

Bonus points if the defender can get the helmet off and run it over to his agent on the sideline.

Here's to Ray Lewis turning him inside out via clean clothesline.

If there is any NFL player that I find more annoying than Owens it is most certainly Ray Lewis. I would like to see him get hit by a truck, I would laugh without a guilty conscience... since he is not only annoying and stupid, but also an unconvicted murderer.
:shame:

Yeah, that as well but I suppose EA Sports looked the other way when putting him on the cover. I don't like either of them but my money's on Lewis for dishing out the pain and trash-talking.

R. Lewis:"Is this what you want?!" <--funny to me

I think it is funny that Owens called Garcia gay and then the next day I saw that highlight of owens taking the pom-poms from the cheerleader and doing that little dance.

That was about the gayest thing I've ever seen.

I wonder if Ray Lewis will get hurt this year... man this is going to be a VERY interesting season! T.O. needs to get his act together before he gives the Eagles a bad name. It's bad enough that Bill Parcells messed up the Cowboys name. :oh_no:

As wild as that sounds, I think the NFL might actually look past it if it ever happened--you know the league office has got to be tired of him running his mouth.

I can just see it now. When he wakes up from his dirt nap days later and starts asking how some DB's signature got onto his helmet, the entire free world just looks the other way acting like they didn't see a thing. That would be great!

Putting Ray Lewis on the Madden 2005 cover may have been a blessing in disguise for Ray Lewis haters. Mainly because of the Madden cover-boy curse. Guys like Marshall Faulk, Michael Vick, Eddie George and Daunte Culpepper haven't been the same ever since. They either get injured, or start declining in skill.

I have always been a 49ers fan... but TO had to leave SF. He was not a team player, and he did not work as hard as other great receivers in the league to really distance himself from the elite. If he was as diligent as Marvin Harrison with a passion to hone his craft, he would have definitely been an elite WR.

I remember Randy Moss playing much better than him when the Niners got trumped by the Vikes last season, which led to the infamous TO Tantrum. That was easily the deciding factor in letting him go after the 03-04 season. What's sad is that Randy is a much of a problem child as TO, but even Randy was much more of a professional than TO on the field that season (although he tried to run over a traffic cop).

I'm personally glad he's gone. There's been reports that training camp is a lot quieter and a better atmosphere without him. My team will probably be mediocre at best, losing so much of their offensive threats, but I think they'll be great in a few years. They just have to sign Julian Peterson to a long-term deal, and they'll be set.

It's bad enough that Bill Parcells messed up the Cowboys name.

Explain this. The Cowboys have been in the toilet ever since Jimmy Johnson called it a day. They've got nowhere to go but up with The Tuna behind the wheel. They were better last year than the year before. How has he messed up their name?

BTW, it isn't as if I hope this happens. I dont even like the Cowboys.
As bandwagon as it sounds, I hope the Pats repeat. Tedy Bruschi is one of the greatest former Wildcats of all time and I wanna see him get another ring.

Agreed. The Cowboys were better last year than they have bee since Johnson was gone... :oh_no: Tuna has done nothing but move the Cowboys towards being legit again.

Sorry, sir, the Tuna I S T E H T R U T H in Dallas. Loopz is right about the Tuna turning my beloved Cowboys around and I hope Eddie George gets some playing time this season.

And about Barry Sanders. From Detriot to London to Canton. I'm still disappointed that he retired early, but there hasn't been a running back in our generation that deserves a trip to Canton and went out/played w/ dignity and class more than #20. Hell, I enjoyed watching him more than Emmit and I'm a COwboys fan (as previously stated).

Dude, don't get me wrong...I love Barry Sanders. He was an AWESOME RB.
However, he's the 2nd greatest ever...who's the best, you ask?

payton.jpg

Payton edges out Sanders by just a hair to me. Sanders was the most elusive back ever, but Payton was a sick mix of power and agility. He could just as easily run your ass over as he could blow by you. I think their career timelines are both pretty similar, they both suffered on some fairly crappy NFC Central teams for a long time in their careers (until the '85 Bears ripped the league a new one), unfortunately Barry never got the ring.

I don't wanna hear shit about Emmitt Smith either. He had a much better line in front of him in Dallas for a long fucking time. Lord knows what Walter or Barry coulda racked up with that quality of a line in front of 'em.

I agree too. Barry could have broken that record if he hadn't retired early. I dont give a damn about Emmitt Smith anymore since he turned his back on us last season. He left his best years behind him just to go to some craptacular football team. I'm glad Roy Williams knocked him out! :buttrock:

Edit: Loopz, the Tuna messed up the Cowboys name by forcing his team to stop having practice if any media talks about what happened between them and Quincy Carter and investigate on why Jerry Jones changed the story twice in the same day on his release. Tuna said "... if it comes to it, we'll be like Washington and shut down our training camp if anyone else says anything else about it!". One of the reporters, Dale Hansen of WFAA Channel 8, was mad and made a statement about how Tuna is taking away the team name "America's Team" from the Cowboys with statements like that.

The Cowboys is loved by America and it's up to the coaches, players, and fans to keep it that way.

I'm a Dolphins apologist. Man, this is going to be one long season. :oh_no: I'm waiting for Dave Wannstedt to get out the katana and commit hari-kari so he can die an honorable death.
Man, the wait between mid-November and Valentine's Day weekend is going to be even more painful this year... :crying: :crying: :crying:
