Does anyone know how much the Sigmas go for in stores like Mak and G-Front in US dollars? Also what kind of Sigmas are they? I might be in Tokyo sometime in the next month or so.

The new Mak Japan store ad says:

27,300 Yen for the Sigma AV 7000 (figure around $250)

15,750 Yen for the 9000TB stick (around $140)

If you buy a S-vid Cabel for it, you can look at spending around $500 for the whole package.

Does anyone happen to have the RGB pinouts for the Sigma AV (6,000/7000)? Does it use an 8 pin din?

EDIT: Do they ship to the US?

Yes, as is the custom S-video cabel.
Ok!! I don't really care about the S-video cable. Will it have the regular RF switch if you don't want S-video cable. And don't tell me you have to pay extra for the regular RF switch too?

No RF switch. Custom Composit cabels are supplied, but you'll need to buy an RF adapter if that's all you have available to you.

You can try Babelfish or the Excite translator. The end result might be more confusing, though.

I see. In a month or so I'm going to need to enlist the help of a Japanese member of this board. I want one of those fuckin' things.

EDIT: I'd be willing to compensate them for their efforts... or maybe give them my current supergun for free. Keep this in mind, you sneaky Japanese members.
