I have completed over 40 deals in my few months on this site, and I guess now my luck is catching up with me. I just had my first "bumpy" deal resolved, and now it looks like I am in the middle of another.
I paid Syxx573 for a KOF 99 AES cart two weeks ago today; he said it was already boxed up and ready to ship. Eight days later, when I still hadn't received it, I PM'ed him and asked if he had shipped it yet. He responded the next day and told me that he "had a chance" to ship it out that same day, August 5. He never followed up and told me that he shipped it. I PM'ed him a couple of times to try to see what was going on, but I haven't heard from him since.
He seems to be a well-established member here, so I am hopeful that he will follow through and honor his side of the deal. Just wondering if anyone else had heard from him within the past couple of days. I have filed a claim with PayPal, but hope he will contact me and ship the game, so that I can cancel it.
