arcade infinity isn't getting back to me. The item was on ebay, so it's mine. But I sent invoices and emails and I need the shipping total before I can pay. I want it sent out ASAP!

Anyone had customer service problems with them?

Also...if anyone knows... how long does it usually take for them to ship something out? and how long do you think it would take for something like that to get from Southern Cali to Northern cali?

thanks!

The only phone number that works is the guy's cell. I'd say don't even bother with this shit company.

I'd say just calm down. They are in the coinop business, and most people in this field don't move quickly. Honestly it is true. If you won the auction on eBay, Jack will be in touch, don't worry about that. Shipping will be a day or two up to NoCal. I've dealt with them quite a few times now, bought 2 cabs, talked about cars, etc. Good guys, but they are very busy. If you won an auction they will be in touch... just give them some time.

I may have been a bit harsh, but I myself have not had a single sucessful deal with them. Through my persistence, my calls were not returned, and I was given the runaround even when I drove down to the arcade (after discovering they had been evicted from their warehouse)

Shit though, enough people on these boards have made sucessful purchases from them.

3 emails each, 2 invoices from ebay, attempted calls, and a post on their site later, and they finally got to me. I think it was the post that did it. But hey, everything's done for the time being and I should get it friday.

Anyone know if Stevens Air delivers on Saturday? Just incase the four days doesn't count the day it ships...

it better come this week....school starts next tuesday :(

well, it came....looking like crap, only one key so I can't get into the dontrol panel, a broken powersupply, and 4 hairline craks in the monitor bezel.

said to be EXACTLY like the picture which it was VERY FAR FROM!!!

those lying fucking bastards!!!!!

If I didn't live 400 miles away, I would be at their fucking door with this shit!

I am going to attempt to replace the powersupply tomarrow, since they told me to "be reasonable". :blow_top: which translates to,"fuck off I sent you a broken cab and you ain't gettin shit!"

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!!!

maybe brand new would be different, but never used.

you think it came looking like shit from the beginning, or do you think it was damaged during shipping? is it dirty, scratched, etc?

Chances are it was shitty from the beginning. Many people told me that Arcade Infinity recycles its pictures, so chances are that you will get a crappy, defective cab. I was also told to get the stuff from Jeff in person, so you might be able to pick a better looking cabinet and test it on the spot before buying.

Mine was all yelow with burn marks all over the control panel. Only 6 buttons were wired and installed. My ps died within 2 days and I have monitor static. No keys were provided so my doors just stay open. 1/10 piece of shit :(

Oh dear my. Im sorry to hear about that from all of you. I was thinking about buying a candy cab for Arcade infinity but now when I see all of this it makes me want to reconsider. I live in southern california and I was thinking about driving down their one day and hopefully being able to pick out my own arcade. But it doesn't even seem like these guys can keep their act together. Very unprofessional. I hope they are reading this right now because I won't be buying from them if I continue to hear lousy reviews of customer service. Does anyone know any other southern california based arcade places I can buy from? that way I can just drive down to the place or warehouse without having to pay heavy shipping cost.

This seems really odd. There are a ton of threads on here with nothing but good things and praises for them. To hear them go bad all of a sudden is quite a shock.

Most good story is from people who either bought new or picked one up in person. I would feel fine buying new but not old when the use stock photo without telling you :blow_top:

If you are going to deal with them in person then you should still go with ArcadeInfinity. When delt with in person they are great people to work with. It just sounds like they like to stiff people when shipping.

THEONEANDONLY,
I don't know. It just sounds so odd since I remember them always being praised and selling candy cabs left and right ( I though 25%+ of the candy cabs own by neo-geo members were bought from them ). Now I have been hearing tons of badd things about them and they rarly post any cabs on ebay. :(
