This seems like the right forum to post this in.

I registered a few days ago but never got the e-mail for activation for some reason, so I made another username and another e-mail and I got it. Maybe they considered it spam on the other e-mail address.

Anyways, I'm 18 and I live in Georgia. I only have a Neo-Geo CD and a Neo-Geo Pocket Color. I got the Neo-Geo Pocket Color last Christmas and I got the Neo-Geo CD a few months ago. My dad wouldn't get an AES for me since it's so expensive. I don't mind, though. I like my Neo-Geo CD. Maybe one day I'll be able to get an AES once I get a job.

I hope I enjoy these forums.

Thanks for the welcome, everyone.

This is the site where my mom ordered my Japanese Neo-Geo CD and Samurai Shodown 2 for me a few months ago. I've been reading the forums for a while, but decided to join recently.

Welcome Aboard...

remember to try the search function when looking for info, and there are plenty here who can supplement it with good advice...a good poster can find what he/she is looking for...
;)

a NEOCD and SSII is a good and relatively inexpensive way to start, but it won't be long before you understand the words in my Sig Quote...

Welcome aboard, young warrior. :)

Your NGCD should get you off to a nice start. I'd recommend going after some of the older, low-meg count cards and staying away from the high meg count ones. Metal Slug, Neo Turfmasters, Baseball Stars 2 and quite a few others would all get you off to a great start.

P.S. Don't take anyone here too seriously (including myself ... hell, especially myself :tickled: ), and enjoy your stay.

I got my NGCD mostly for the Samurai Shodown series because of... well, I'm really obsessed with this. I have no idea why I have such a weird obsession. I read about Ukyo on a few sites about the games and I decided to get the Samurai Shodown series. So far, I have Samurai Shodown 2, 3, 4, and RPG. Those are the only games I have for NGCD right now.

I might seem weird, but there are places where people accept my weirdness. I hope people here will accept it, also.

Welcome to the den of obscessive-compulsives, and don't be afraid to just post what's on your mind whenever. Be active.

Two things to keep in mind tho:
-Don't talk about roms
-Only post if you are complaining about games; this isn't a forum where people ACTUALLY PLAY games.
:D :loco:

Thanks. Some people would have yelled at me for having an obsession like that. I'm sure most people here wouldn't.

well, there are more than that, but there are no new things to discuss here (no more Neo releases + been ages since last time a good game came on next-gen consoles)

Please do not quote me unless you have the aforementioned punch and/or pie.
