I wanted to find some software that will allow me to switch my IP address (such as radomly keep generating new IP adresses). Does anyone know where I could find such a program?
Anyone know a good IP address switching program?

use that instead.
Plus, if you just switch the ips, they can still ban by IP range and *possibly* MAC address.

Alright, can someone help me out on how I use this knowledge. I'm usign Netscape 7 (yes I know, not the best) and this is a bit too much information for me to decipher all at once and learn how to use.

I use Winnow Anonymous Proxy sometimes. It works pretty well. There is/was a torrent up for the full version at SuprNova.org.
