Did I get burnt by the Neo-store?

I sent in multiple items a little over 5 months ago and have never been paid for them. The last reply I got was late March when Shawn or whoever else may work there said that a check will be issued after all my items were sorted and posted, and since then all my efforts to contact them have been fruitless. All my previous trades and purchases with Neo-Geo.com have been very speedy with great communication and I may lose several hundred dollars on this so far bad experience so any help would be much appreciated.
