What's a typical breakfast for you?

What do you guys normally eat for breakfast? Who usually does the cooking in the morn(If you have a wife, gf, partner..whatever)?

Nutri-grain bar and/or a bowl of cereal, maybe some toast if I'm doing really well time-wise that morning. I hardly ever cook myself a nice breakfast.

2 egg whites, and 2 bowls of either Corn Pops or Apple Jacks.

Breakfast= my only big meal of the day.

Toast, eggs, bacon or ham, patatoe patties, with milk or apple juice.

OR

2 bowls cereal with toast.

OR

Cold pizza with whatever or maybe left overs. Depends on how I feel. I get sick of breakfast sometimes eating the samething over and over again.

Corn Flakes with skim milk. Usually two bowls, about an hour or less between the two.

Rarely eat breakfast myself...unless I'm a little hungry then I pick up a Strawberry Pop-Tart and/or a piece of fruit

A cup of coffee, a glass of orange juice, and a couple of yoghurts or some quark cheese. I just can't stomach any heavier stuff for breakfast.

My lunch is a bit heavier than that, but dinner is really the heaviest meal of all day for me.

It's strange, I can't eat when I first wake up. Normaly takes me about 2 hours after I wake up before I wanna eat, then I just reheat leftovers from the night/morning before. I work late evenings, so I wake up around 3pm.

At this time, my current breakfast (assuming that I can stay inside my home long enough to experience one) is 2 scrambled eggs w/ pepper and seasoned salt, grits, and Kool-Aid. Sometimes, I substitute grits for 2 boiled hot dogs.

Either I skip "Breakfast" all together, or it's usually a bowl of cereal {during my wife's school year since she's a teacher} Durin her off time I get spoiled and get lavish breakfasts.... Eggs, toast, sausage Etc.

Usually it's just a bowl of cereal, though if I'm feeling fancy I'll bust out and make some scrambled eggs with ham and wheat toast. Or sometimes I'll forgo traditional breakfast fare altogether and get a sandwich or something else.

I usually feel like shit if I don't eat breakfast though. It's 'the most important meal of the day' you know.

Usually a bananna and milk.
If I have time I will make oatmeal or a scrambled egg sandwich.
I dont eat breakfast 70 percent of the time though.
