Buyers /Collectors

Its sad to here ,the bad choise kula made with some of the buyers.... :oh_no:
First i would like to say is.......buisness is buisness
How can anyone say that "qoute" he is my friend" If your in usa and he is in Thailand How and the hell you can say he is your friend? Do you call him or play ball with him. :loco: All we can say, And can provide that, that person is a good seller!
by the means of tranactions in selling neo related items..
Everyone on these boards that sell, forget the selling pollicies, and make
up thier own rules "Quote" Ship to me first and i will pay when items are recieved.
And guys you know who you are i won't say names. :emb:
Thats a double standerd. Thats not pay pal policy. You all break the rules.
Then you get screwed, then cry wolf..
Word to all "Use pay pal" and follow all policy that applies.. There are a Moneyback
garrentee if not satisfied. so it gives the option for a refund in 30 days..
and provide tracking #sWestern union,money orders are a take at your own RISK.. :eye: :eye:
you all are grown men and ladies..
Sorry for the guys that have not got there items..
Even for the Best sellers on thes forums/need to apply to the rules also.
peaple that has paypal still break the rules,Remember 30 day refund!

If you dont have paypal ,Dont do any Transactions.

It would be in a NEW Seller's best interest to ship an item or two 1st to long time members here with good feedback to earn some trust
I will tell you that I have requested that some new sellers ship to me 1st to ensure that I get what I pay for. .
The selling forums here have seen it's fair share of scammers, it's nothing personal but just the way it is..

I understand But its still a double standerd.
a Theif builds on trust..
But that what we all take for granted..i feal if buying/paying by pay pal you have better chance for a refund if you follow all instructions..
Some peaple like myself worked really hard to buy aes games in the early 90s
so we appreceiate our murchandise a little more than others.. so when selling
our items. we want the best and safest way of means. what so ever ,Dose not
matter how long you been selling on thes forums. For an example:How long has been kulanartkung been selling..
But we wont debate on that..
we both have good Questions and where both right.. on issues.

Meh, trusted buyers are not going to want to dole out their cash to unproven sellers ..... I don't see why that's so difficult to understand. You can say "double standard" 'til you're blue in the face - it still doesn't make your position logical.

If you got burned on a deal, say so and tell us the details. Don't go preaching horrid english to the board. I've been a member since August. I am not a long time member on board, but I've always had smooth transactions here. Alot of the times I've been shipped the items and allowed to test before I have even had to pay for it.

I'm sure whatever problem you may have had can be resolved.


Hope this helps to make you clarify your situation.


Point fingers, don't wait for someone to fess up that has done you wrong, cause that might never come and you'll just annoy others here.

I just read the post About Kula members are upset about there items or money.
NOW Peaple are making comments on method of payment / western union
No one should be allowing that kind of payment..
But thats hour faults . Stop making up rules and follow them

You say you shipp so they can test the items.
But dose paypal tell you to do that .NO

Thats my point: stop making up your oun rule and it will stop alot of peaple,
of getting screwed.

Sure paypal is a great system for making payments but why don't you check out a legitimate site and then comment on it:

You might be in for a shell shock on your AWESOME system. People make terms of their deals because that is what people do. They come to a deal agreement before finalizing purchases. If you burn someone out of a deal you only hurt your name and rating on these forums, and I'm sure not too many people want that, as this is the best forum for anythign neo related.


So bottom line is, don't rely on Paypal to be your savior and we're humans not robots. There's a process for everything but the human factors always remain.

He is talking about Kula's apparent "change of heart" when it comes to selling:)...and warns us of using Western Union...I think that was tackled already in the Neo-Selling forum...

I also under stand your point of veiw
so if you say dn't trust paypal/ then we should not trust ebay.
So what your saying
There is no safe way of buying and selling..

Im a newbie so school me... But im a smart one at that..
I know i will not sell to overseas buyers.. thats what i learned out of,
that kula thread! If you get scewd by someone in the usa and you live in the usa
you have a better chance on action taken against that person than oversease.
Thats just what i feel.

After 24hours no respond , you should charge back..
Then thats the sellers loss.......... that should be a rule...

24 hour reply like a buisness..
All im saying is don't use western union

Kulanart was a good buyer and seller?
This have could happend to any one/ Good buyer or seller

I finally looked at what that Kulanuart MF did.

Jackie I totally understand your underlying message.

But it still remains, buyers beware. There is nothign we can do about that, ever! Never trust someone from Thailand again I guess?

Hmm,I did'nt recognize him as being a long time seller on these forums....
I only know of him to sel on these boards for a few months this year.
He would fit into my category as someone I would require to ship 1st given the sensitivity on the condition of Neo Geo home cartridges. I f i were satisfied,I would pay him via the Western Union.
Sorry to read that people were defrauded BUT one would figure if he was dealing in high end Neo Geo games he would make it convenient to pay.
