( Shin ) Saulabi Spirits / MVS ???

Verrry strange...
I got this game on MVS..

On the card its called "Samurai Shodown II"
if you pop it into the MVS .. the
Titlescreen says "Saulabi Spirits"
( all onscreentext is english... )

why that ?
The japanese SS2 on Homesystem was
Shin Samurai Spirits.. why on
MVS Saulabi ? ( ugly name )

Sounds like a bootleg (fake) MVS cart to me. I've never seen "Samurai" spelled as "Saulabi" . . . . kinda has a middle eastern style to it, though.
