Dude, stay away from '98 - it's evil. Why do you want that POS on your computer anyway?

Ok here we go...

1.Create a Partition
Use a third party software like "Partition Magic"

Divide into 2 drives
C: Win 98
D: Win Xp

Your system becomes a dual boot comp and you could choose which O.S to use at start up

Its actually easier if you're installing WinXP onto a Win98 machine since XP will automatically detect and configure for multi-boot options. You'll have to make a new partition on your drive and then install 98 on there and configure your boot.ini to recognize the new Win98 partition. Just look for some tutorials online, its not hard.
